Production Associate
We are currently hiring Production Associates in the Greencastle, IN area for a major automotive parts manufacturer! 1st and 2nd shift positions are available. As a Production Associate you will have the opportunity to work for a world class company. The starting pay rate is $10.50 - $11.95 per hour-Based on attendance. Production Associates also have the opportunity to grow and develop professionally within the company in this Temp to Hire Program.

In this Production Associate position you should:
o Be able to work 10 or 12 hour shifts, mandatory overtime as needed and weekends, when necessary.
o Have a strong attention to detail and be quality minded
o Have excellent attendance
o Be committed to safety at all times
o Able to lift 35 - 50 lbs. and Walk/Stand Duration of Shift
o Pass Drug Test & Pass Background Check
o Must be at least 18
As a Production Associate you will be responsible for:
o Observing the continuous operation of automatic machines to ensure that products meet specification
o Measuring and visually inspecting products for surface and dimension defects in order to ensure conformance to specifications, using precision measuring instruments. Trimming excess material on parts using knives and grinding scrap plastic into powder for reuse
o Observing meters and gauges to verify and record temperatures, pressures, and press-cycle times - Inventory and recording quantities
